Hi, I am Rudolph!  I am here to help you with getting into the festive mood and having a good time! I thought I'll start with giving Multiple Voices a new 'look'. Do you like it?

Many survivors struggle with this particular time of the year. It may have been a time in which they were abused. Others may become painfully aware of the lack of a loving, caring family.

Gudrun always says "It's never too late to have a happy childhood"! How about having one now ... with all the stuff you always wanted? That would truly be Re-writing History and breaking the control the past has over the present.

For the next 8 weeks you will find some stuff on this page to get you in "THE MOOD".

Here a tip for survivors that live in the Northern Hemisphaere:

Go out and have some fun with friends, your kids, your partner(s) or the neighbour. Is there is skating pond you can get to? Is there snow on your front lawn you could use for a snowman? Or do you like to sit cosy in your living room with a hot chocolate and a gingerbread biscuit? You may not have had control over the Christmasses of your childhood, you certainly have contol over how you will spend Christmas this year! Make it a good one.

With a bit of good luck we'll have good weather. Sun's out ! Surf's up! Let's flock to the beach!

Spend quality time with your kids, partner, friends, family, or neighbours. Go to the beach, hire a kayac, go tramping, have a bbq, have a latte in the sun, have a GT on the porch....

But most of all! JUST DO IT!

AND HAVE A SAFE TIME!
