Enjoying Spring Time

With the month of May not being far away, most places experience now much warmer weather. Is the sun calling you to go outside and have some fun - maybe even get your hands dirty from mud-pie?

Have you ever watched frogs playing in a creek or lake? Do you have the opportunity to see some other animals?I'd love to hear from you. It's lots of fun to look for animals.

You could even do some drawings with a whole farm yard full of animals.If you send me a picture that you made (drawn or photo), I will post it here for everyone to enjoy! :)

             

Friends Inside & Out

How about you get together with a friend - either from the inside or from the people around you and have some fun time ... or cuddly time?

I found these two Teddies and thought, how much fun must it be to snuggle up with a cute blanket.

How about you come up with some ideas and tell me about them? I'd love to hear what people are up to!

Summer Fun

Hello !

This is a reminder for all the kids out there - take care when you go to the beach! Make sure you are safe and most of all:

    protect yourself from the sun!

You can have lots of fun at the beach. You can collect beautiful shells, you can look for special stones and little rocks, you can find little swimming creatures in rock pools, or you can snorkel and pretend that you are a fish.

If you take a bucket and a little shovel, you can build a sand castle. Whatever you do, you can have lots of fun at the beach! Enjoy every moment!

The Laughing Zebra

Are you wondering why I am talking about Zebras? Fair enough - its not exactly what you'd expect when you look for ideas about recovery from sexual abuse and dissociation, isn't it?

The thing is - and who knows me will not be surprised - I have a special spot in my heart for "the littlelies". I know that in most cases it's the young children parts that hold a lot of the hurt and a lot of the painful memories. AND I HATE KIDS HURTING!
